With 35 years of experience, Steve Nelson joined Snorkel in March 2019 as a regional product support representative in the Pacific Northwest U.S. region. He assists customers and provides training on parts and service-related issues, and also travels to jobsites as needed.
“I am the face that the customer associates with any equipment issues, so it is essential that they have confidence in me and the rest of the support team to take care of any problems in a professional and timely manner,” said Steve.
Prior to Snorkel, Steve worked in automotive repair and manufacturing maintenance before moving into a service manager role. He is also certified as an airframe and power plant technician, holds the elite technician title from Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inc., and also has a private pilot license.
