As the parts administrator, Julia Schultz assists Snorkel users in resolving technical issues with their equipment. She has provided parts support for customers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Asia for 25 years.
In her role, Julia ensures all customer inquiries and requests receive a response within 24 hours. She also provides price and availability on parts, and enters purchase orders for customers.
