Using The LMI Overload System On Snorkel Telehandlers

Understanding the load chart on a Snorkel telehandler is essential to safely operating the machine. The LMI, or load moment indicator, is intended to alert the operator to an impending overload situation.

The LMI overload system indicates the safe level of operation as the boom telescopes out from the chassis without limiting the load chart.
