First starting in shipping and order fulfillment at Snorkel in 2018, Tyler Weipert eventually joined the Product Support team to assist customers in locating the right parts for their Snorkel equipment.

As a product support technician, Tyler uses his background and knowledge of schematics to provide accurate and updated information to U.S. customers. 

What makes Snorkel unique? 
The aspect of customer service that makes Snorkel unique from others is our determination and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the customer needs are met.

How does Snorkel elevate the work at height industry?
What Snorkel does different from others is that we are constantly working with our customers to make sure they have and will have all the necessary information they require in a timely manner to support their needs.
